Seeing myself as a system would be the first challenge that I would face as a coach. To understand the complex conflicting loyalties within and recognising which one of them acts most on me , what values and interests ,preferences and tendencies aspirations and fears affect my actions and decisions is the trick .And then would I be given the liberty that I extend to others?
